Workwell Recognised as a Leader in Everest Group PEAK Matrix® 2026

Recognition reflects Workwell’s expertise in helping organisations engage and manage contingent talent across international markets with confidence.

LONDON, UK, 8/10/26

Workwell has been named a Leader in Everest Group’s Contractor of Record (CoR) and Contingent Employer of Record (CEoR) Solutions PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026, part of Everest Group’s Contingent Workforce Management research programme. The Everest Group PEAK Matrix® is a proprietary assessment framework that evaluates providers based on market impact and vision and capability, positioning them as Leaders, Major Contenders or Aspirants.

The recognition comes as organisations increasingly look beyond their domestic markets to access specialist skills and build more flexible workforces. Doing so brings additional considerations around worker classification, employment, compliance and choosing the right engagement model in each country.

As part of the wider Workwell organisation, Workwell Global supports businesses and staffing organisations engaging talent internationally, combining workforce infrastructure and technology with local knowledge and dedicated human support.

John Hoskin, Chief Executive Officer of Workwell Group, said the recognition reflects the expertise of Workwell’s teams and its ability to help organisations and recruitment partners navigate the growing complexity of contingent talent. He also highlighted the challenge created by changing regulation as organisations seek greater workforce agility and faster access to specialist skills.

“Something we are incredibly proud of.”

Amy Davies, Managing Director of Workwell Global, said:

“Being recognised by Everest Group as a Leader in the Contractor of Record and Contingent Employer of Record category is a fantastic achievement for Workwell and something we are incredibly proud of.”

“As organisations build more international and flexible workforces, they need the confidence to engage contingent talent through the right model in each market. That takes more than infrastructure or technology. It requires local knowledge, practical expertise and people who understand the complexities behind each engagement.”

“Being positioned as a Leader across both CoR and Contingent EOR reflects the breadth of what Workwell can offer clients and the expertise of the teams delivering it. For us at Workwell Global, that means making international expansion and contingent talent engagement easier to navigate, while giving clients the human support and local expertise they need to make the right decisions with confidence.”

“Strong worker classification and compliance expertise…”

Everest Group also highlighted Workwell’s worker classification and compliance expertise, its approach to risk management, expanded geographic footprint and investment in AI-enabled workflows and analytics. Lokesh Goyal, Vice President at Everest Group, also cited Workwell’s high-touch client support and consultative delivery as differentiators contributing to its Leader positioning.

“Workwell has strong worker classification and compliance expertise, complemented by a differentiated risk management approach that includes in-house legal expertise, contractual responsibility, and indemnification,” said Lokesh Goyal, Vice President, Everest Group.

“Recent acquisitions have expanded its geographic footprint and capabilities, while investments in AI-enabled workflows and analytics continue to strengthen its technology proposition. Its high-touch client support and consultative delivery further differentiate its offering, helping Workwell emerge as a Leader on Everest Group’s Contractor of Record (CoR) and Contingent Employer of Record (CEoR) Solutions PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026.”

The recognition reinforces Workwell’s approach to supporting organisations across different contingent workforce models. Through Workwell Global, clients can access international employment and contractor engagement capabilities alongside local expertise, helping them enter new markets and engage talent without having to establish their own infrastructure in every country.

Everest Group’s assessment places both Contractor of Record and Contingent Employer of Record solutions within the same research category, reflecting the different ways organisations engage independent contractors and contingent employees as part of increasingly international workforce strategies.
