Workwell Global Further Expands Footprint and Capability with Launch into Latin America

Workwell Global expands its in-house international capability with new teams and infrastructure in Brazil and Colombia.

Workwell Global, the international Employer of Record (EOR) and workforce management specialist, has expanded its in-house capabilities into Latin America, enabling businesses to compliantly deploy and manage contractor talent across the region.

The expansion provides organisations with direct access to contractor engagement services in Latin America, supported by on-the-ground expertise in key markets. The move includes newly established in‑region teams and operational infrastructure in Brazil and Colombia, with plans to engage workers in six countries in the region, also including Mexico and Costa Rica.

This marks the first time Workwell Global has expanded its global footprint organically, following a period of growth driven by strategic acquisitions. The development further strengthens the company’s Employer of Record and contractor management offering for international businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Amy Davies, Managing Director of Workwell Global, commented:

“The demand for compliant international contractor engagement continues to grow, particularly across Latin America. Expanding our in-house capability in the region enables us to support clients with local expertise while maintaining the high-touch, tech-driven but people-led approach that defines Workwell Global.
This is an important milestone in our organic growth journey and reinforces our commitment to enabling global hiring without complexity.”

John Hoskin, Global CEO of the Workwell Group, added:

“The expansion into Latin America represents a significant strategic milestone for Workwell, which builds on our recent acquisition-led growth across North America and Australia. With teams already established in-region, the launch enables Workwell Global to deliver immediate, on-the-ground expertise while strengthening our global coverage for international clients.
This move is particularly significant given Brazil’s position as the largest economy in Latin America, with an estimated GDP of $2.3 trillion USD, underscoring the region’s growing importance within global hiring strategies.”

Global Capability Across 150+ Countries

Workwell Global already operates with established teams across UK, Europe, North America and Australia, with headquarters in London, Barcelona, San Diego, Austin and Melbourne, and local entities in over 25 countries worldwide. The addition of Latin American capability further enhances the company’s ability to support clients engaging talent across more than 150 markets.

As a longstanding provider in the Employer of Record space, Workwell Global combines dedicated human expertise alongside its proprietary Workforce Management Platform to deliver consistent, hands-on support across the entire employment lifecycle of workers. This approach enables companies to scale globally at speed while reducing employment complexities and maintaining local regulatory compliance.   With the addition of in-region capability in Latin America, the people-driven, tech-enabled business can now offer deep local expertise to organisations expanding across the region.

This latest development marks a major milestone in the company’s mission to help companies hire talent; whoever and wherever in the world.
